Located next to a scenic canal, with beautiful room decorations resembling a French palace. Spacious rooms for luggage. Helpful staff with good hospitality. Great location and cleanliness, perfect for a quiet night's sleep. Conveniently close to all the major sights. Definitely worth staying again.

The location of the hotel was exceptional, with beautiful views of the canal from the window. The room had a romantic ambience and the bathroom was spacious. the hotel was close to everything in the center of town, making it very convenient for exploring.
There were some issues with the lock on the main entrance, which caused some inconvenience.

I had an amazing view of the canal from the window. The hotel facilities werenice and neat. The location was very close to the centre and convenient for transportation. The staff were friendly and provided helpful tips.

Charming location right next to a picturesque water channel. The room was beautifully decorated with a romantic view of the old bridges. Despite a few minor issues with the bathroom, the obliging management quickly resolved them and provided excellent communication throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a lovely experience in Bruges.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location couldn't have been better - it was right in the center of everything and made it so easy to explore this beautiful city. The view of the canal from my room was breathtaking, and it added an extra touch of luxury to my stay. The room itself was immaculate and had a decadent feel to it. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and equipped with everything I needed. The staff were outstanding - they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They even cleaned the room daily and provided fresh water and coffee. I couldn't have asked for better service.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a stay in this city.
